Cavallino Bianco in Santa Cristina di Val Gardena is seeking a reservations agent to strengthen our Back Office team. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and guide guests through the entire reservation process with courtesy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has hospitality training, real work experience in hotels or restaurants, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with PROTEL.

To strengthen our Back Office team, we are looking for a reservations agent

Your professional profile:

• Training in the hotel or restaurant industry, with proven skills and a passion for the hospitality sector.
• Previous work experience in the industry, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and solid management of the day-to-day operations of an accommodation facility.
• Familiarity with major hotel management software-ideally PROTEL-and the ability to use it effectively.
• Good knowledge of Italian, German, and English, ensuring smooth and professional service to an international clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle complex situations calmly and professionally.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, essential for working with guests and colleagues.
• Openness to using new technologies and to ongoing training to improve your professional skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Handling accommodation requests received via email or phone and guiding guests through every step of the booking process with competence and courtesy.
• Handling various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the office, and supporting the team in their daily work.
• Using digital tools such as PROTEL, Quovai, Outlook, and other IT systems necessary for managing reservations and internal communication.
• Providing information on in-house services (spa, restaurant, activities) and recommendations on local attractions and events.
• Collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, wellness) to ensure a coordinated and flawless guest experience.
• Handling any special requests or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Active participation in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and a spirit of collaboration.
