Job summary

Avomind Italy, Brescia office, is seeking a Sales Manager/Associate to strengthen sales activities for VFDs and automation products. You will manage existing customers, identify new partners, and provide technical and commercial support in Italy.

The role requires a technical background in Power Electronics or Industrial Automation, native Italian with fluent English, and a proven record in industrial sales. A valid driver's license and proactive networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in a sales role focused on VFDs within the industrial automation or a related industry.
Preferably a technical background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
Knowledge and experience with frequency inverters, PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Ability to provide technical advice for customer-specific applications.
Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
Positive, independent, and flexible attitude; strong commercial insight and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Developing new customers (distributors/OEMs).
Providing commercial and technical support to distributors and partners in Italy.
Identifying and approaching potential customers.
Handling inquiries and technical questions about the product portfolio.
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to engage key accounts.
Providing daily reports on field sales performance and VOC data to the country manager.
Performing other office-related tasks.
