Danaher Corporation in Northern Italy is seeking a Fixed-Term Account Manager to cover the Northern Italy territory, delivering advanced technical support, product demonstrations, and seminars to key accounts while building strategic plans and cross-functional collaboration.

You will travel 10%–20% with a valid driver’s license, coordinate customer visits, and translate scientific solutions into business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or related science.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation; ability to identify business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of Chromatography with laboratory or scientific products sales experience.
• Strong communication in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstrations, and technical seminars.
• Attend local vendor shows and company-sponsored trade shows.
• Build account relationships beyond purchasing to engage key decision-makers.
• Ensure territory achieves sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop business plans and sales strategies for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide coaching, mentoring, and training to colleagues.
