Danaher Corporation’s Phenomenex team is seeking a Fixed-Term Account Manager to lead a Northern Italy territory. You will deliver advanced technical support, product demonstrations, and strategic plans for key accounts while working remotely within the Phenomenex group.

You’ll coordinate customer visits, attend trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate scientific solutions into business impact, with travel of 10–20% and a company car provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Science.
• Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue, and communicate difficult concepts; negotiate to adopt new viewpoints.
• Strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet business needs.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation; ability to identify business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of Chromatography with at least two years in laboratory or scientific products sales.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstrations, and technical seminars.
• Attend local vendor shows and company-sponsored trade shows.
• Build account relationships beyond purchasing to engage key decision-makers.
• Ensure territory achieves sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop business plans and sales strategies for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide coaching, mentoring, and training to colleagues.
