Job summary

Hotelspeaker is looking for an Account Executive to own your market end to end in Europe. You will build strategies, open doors with hotel groups, close complex deals and grow accounts, reporting to the Head of Sales.

The role supports remote work from Europe with regular travel to roadshows and events, and occasional visits to the Barcelona office. You will lead multi‑stakeholder sales, qualify with MEDDPICC, and use HubSpot to manage pipeline and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian, Portuguese, Polish or Arabic plus professional English.
• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, hitting targets end to end.
• Experience selling to hotel groups and chains with long multi‑stakeholder cycles.
• Existing network among hoteliers or hospitality consultants.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute go‑to‑market plan for your market.
• Prospect and close new business with hotel groups and chains.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with directors and owners.
• Qualify and forecast deals with MEDDPICC.
• Grow existing customers via upsell and cross‑sell.
• Represent Hotelspeaker at market roadshows and events.
