Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Renewals Representative to manage end-to-end renewal cycles for Middle East accounts, ensuring retention and growth. You will forecast risks, support field sales, and collaborate with Customer Success to resolve issues before renewal dates.

The role requires strong renewal expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication. Opportunities to work remotely while servicing international accounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewal, sales or customer service in cybersecurity or IT.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong listening and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic highly valuable.
• Ability to manage pipeline and meet quota targets.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Identify renewal opportunities by understanding customer needs and preserving relationships.
• Support sales, partners and distributors on renewals.
• Manage pipeline and deliver quota targets consistently.
• Forecast renewals and address gaps or risks of slipping.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities for field sales.
• Coordinate with support/training to resolve technical questions before renewal dates.
• Provide visibility to renewal trends to Global Renewal Manager.
