Nozomi Networks is seeking a Renewals Sales Representative to focus on North EMEA accounts, driving the renewal cycle from start to finish in collaboration with sales and management. You will preserve customer relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and push renewal orders through with strong account management.

Success requires a track record in renewals or related roles, excellent communication, and self-motivation to work remotely across international territories.

Qualifications

• Track record in renewal, sales or customer service roles, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
• Proven ability to create outstanding customer experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify renewal opportunities and drive the renewal cycle from start to finish.
• Collaborate with sales, partners and distributors on renewals.
• Manage pipeline and consistently meet quota targets.
• Forecast renewals and flag risks in a timely manner.
• Support upsell opportunities with field sales and customer success.
• Provide regional renewal trend visibility to leadership
• Coordinate with support/training to resolve technical questions before renewal date
• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for weekly reviews
