8R is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) to drive the growth of power electronic solutions across Italy. You will manage key accounts, nurture new opportunities, and lead regional sales activities to meet ambitious targets.

The role offers 100% remote working, with strong collaboration with Field Application Engineering and cross-functional teams. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with German or French as a plus.

Competenze

B2B sales experience in electronics, power electronics or related technical field.
Proven track record in new business development and key account management.
Fluent Italian and English; German or French is a plus.

Mansioni

Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications.
Acquire new customers and expand existing key accounts.
Build relationships with decision-makers and identify new business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion.
Develop and implement regional sales activities aligned with targets.
Collaborate closely with Field Application Engineering and internal teams.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
