8R is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) to drive the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications and to lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.

Based in Italy with 100% remote work, the role emphasizes building strong relationships with key accounts, acquiring new customers, and collaborating with Field Application Engineering to achieve ambitious targets in an international environment.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion.
