8R is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) to drive growth of power electronics solutions in industrial markets. You will develop new business, expand key accounts, and build strong relationships with decision-makers to close deals.

This remote role offers high autonomy, cross‑functional collaboration with Field Application Engineering and internal teams, and clear regional targets. Fluency in Italian and English is required; German or French is a plus.

Competenze

• A B2B sales background in electronics, power electronics, semiconductors, or related tech.
• Proven track record in new business development and key account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured, results-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Fluent Italian and English; German or French is a plus.

• Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications.
• Acquire new customers and expand key accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify new opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to contract closure.
