8R is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) to drive the growth of power electronic solutions across Italy. You will manage key accounts, nurture new opportunities, and lead regional sales activities to meet ambitious targets.

The role offers 100% remote working, with strong collaboration with Field Application Engineering and cross-functional teams. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with German or French as a plus.

For our client, an international manufacturer in the power electronics sector, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications
• Acquire new customers and expand existing key accounts
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and identify new business opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion
• Develop and implement regional sales activities in line with commercial targets
• Cooperate closely with Field Application Engineering and internal specialist teams
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data and opportunity tracking in the CRM system

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field, or equivalent technical training
• Several years of B2B sales experience in electronics, power electronics, semiconductors or a related technical environment
• Proven track record in new business development and key account management
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Fluent Italian and English; German or French would be an advantage
