8R is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) to drive growth of power electronic solutions in industrial applications across Italy. You will acquire new customers, expand key accounts and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract closing.

In this role you will build strong relationships with decision-makers, develop regional sales activities aligned with targets, and collaborate with Field Application Engineering and internal teams, while

Competenze

Degree in electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent
Several years of B2B sales experience in electronics/power electronics
Proven track record in new business development and key account mgmt
Fluent Italian and English; willing to travel

Mansioni

Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions
Acquire new customers and expand key accounts
Build relationships with decision-makers and identify opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion
Develop and implement regional sales activities in line with commercial targets
Cooperate closely with Field Application Engineering and internal specialist teams
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data and opportunity tracking in the CRM system
