8R is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) to develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications. You will acquire new customers and expand key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers and managing the full sales cycle from contact to contract.

You will collaborate with Field Application Engineering and internal teams, maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data, and travel within the region.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Several years of B2B sales experience in electronics or power electronics.
• Proven track record in new business development and key account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style.
