8R is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) for power electronics solutions in industrial markets. You will develop the Italian market, acquire new customers and expand key accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from contact to contract closure.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, collaborate with Field Application Engineering, and ensure accurate forecasts in the CRM. Fluency in Italian and English is required, German or French a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical engineering or comparable technical field.
• Several years of B2B sales experience in electronics/power electronics/semiconductors.
• Proven track record in new business development and key account management.

• Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications.
