8R is seeking a Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) for power electronics in industrial applications. You will develop the Italian market, acquire new customers and expand key accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract.

Travel within the region is expected; you will build relationships with decision-makers and coordinate with Field Application Engineering and internal teams. Fluent Italian and English required, German or French a plus. Remote work supported.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical field.
• Several years of B2B sales experience in electronics, power electronics or semiconductors.
• Proven track record in new business development and key account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Fluent Italian and English; German or French would be an advantage.

• Develop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications.
