Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Enablement Manager for Public Sector based in Italy. You will equip sales teams with onboarding, training, playbooks, and resources to engage government customers and accelerate readiness.

You will collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure messages and content stay accurate, accessible, and aligned with customer needs in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector sales or leadership.
• Experience supporting Public Sector sellers and government customers.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and cycles.
• Ability to create, update, and deliver sales content quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with enablement tools and sales productivity platforms including Dock, Salesforce, Gong.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine onboarding programs for Public Sector onboarding and seller readiness.
• Maintain sales playbooks, content, and procurement guidance; update content promptly.
• Deliver sector-specific training and micro-enablement resources within 72 hours of gaps.
• Strengthen sales execution through evaluation planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage content hub and drive adoption of enablement resources above 90%.
• Measure onboarding progress, content adoption, and early-funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align messaging.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities and improve enablement resources.
