Job summary

BizAway seeks a driven Sales Development Representative to grow the Italian market, researching prospects and executing outbound campaigns. You will present our travel SaaS solution to Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, and related stakeholders.

The role offers 40h/week hybrid work, a 6-month initial contract with potential extension, equity options, and a multicultural international team. Native Italian plus good English is required.

Qualifications

• Native Italian and good level of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or similar.
• Willingness to challenge and raise the bar daily.
• Proactivity and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect for new clients in Italian Market.
• Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
• Present our solution to Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
• Work with the Sales Executive and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
