BizAway is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth of our Sales Team in the Italian market. You will proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and drive growth.

The role involves researching and prospecting new clients, running outbound campaigns via multiple touchpoints, and presenting our travel management solutions to diverse stakeholders, with a focus on value creation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native level of Italian and good level of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or similar.
• Hunger: eager to raise the bar every day.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect for new clients in ITALIAN Market.
• Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
• Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
