Jobgether is seeking a Market Research Supervisor based in Italy to lead a research team within a fast-growing international technology environment, driving data-informed decisions and strategic business growth.

You will oversee the full research lifecycle, translate business needs into research questions, select methodologies, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, UX Research, or related field.
• Experience leading a research team or coordinating multiple researchers.
• Knowledge of surveys, interviews, desk research, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and new-market research.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage several research projects with accountability for quality and deadlines.
• Ability to translate business requests into research questions and select appropriate methodologies.
• Strong data interpretation, synthesis, and evidence-based conclusions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Market Research team by setting objectives and feedback.
• Oversee the full research lifecycle from clarifying requests to presenting findings.
• Prioritize the research backlog based on business goals and deadlines.
• Ensure methodological rigor across sampling, instruments, data collection, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align requirements and present actionable insights.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into structured insights and recommendations.
