Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior HR Operations Lead based in Italy to design and lead scalable HR processes for a globally distributed workforce. You will own the HR operating model, optimize end-to-end employee experiences, and convert people data into actionable insights to inform leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with HR partners and senior leaders, manage external vendors, and ensure compliant, efficient operations across countries.

• Senior HR operations experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building HR ops in distributed tech/SaaS.
• Ability to translate talent strategy into operational execution.

• Experience managing employer-of-record relationships across countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop the HR operating model and continuously improve systems and processes.
• Optimize HR processes across onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for partners and leaders.
• Design and manage the annual HR calendar aligned to priorities.
• Own HR technology ecosystem and vendor relationships (HRIS, payroll, benefits, EOR).
• Build scalable processes for multi-country employment and distributed workforce.
• Embed compliance into HR operations without friction for teams.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align decisions with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve service delivery.
• Ensure HR systems scale with business growth internationally.
