Temu is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners in Italy. The role is full-time and remote within Italy, based with Temu's Italian commercial team, focusing on relationships and day-to-day account needs.

You will onboard merchants, solve operations issues, work cross-functionally to improve performance, and help merchants navigate the platform to identify business opportunities.

Competenze

• Based in Italy and eligible to work in Italy.
• Experience in account management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles.
• E-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Manage merchant relationships and day-to-day account needs.
• Support merchant onboarding and operational problem-solving.
• Work cross-functionally to improve account performance and growth.
• Help merchants navigate the Temu platform and identify business opportunities.
