Temu in Italy is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners. Based in Italy, you will manage relationships, assist onboarding, and address day-to-day account needs while working remotely across the country.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, identify business opportunities, and help merchants navigate the Temu platform. Strong Italian and English communication with Mandarin working proficiency is essential,

Competenze

• Based in Italy and eligible to work remotely within the country.
• Mandarin Chinese at working proficiency required.
• Strong Italian and English communication skills.
• Experience in account management, client management or customer success.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace roles is a plus.
