Temu in Italy is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners. The role focuses on managing merchant relationships, onboarding, and solving day-to-day account needs.

Based in Italy, you will work remotely within the country, collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance and identify new business opportunities for merchants on our platform.

Competenze

• Based in Italy
• Mandarin Chinese at working proficiency
• Strong Italian and English communication skills
• Experience in account management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles
• E-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory
