Temu is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners in Italy. You will manage merchant relationships and day-to-day account needs, while guiding onboarding and resolving operational issues.

The role requires Mandarin working proficiency, plus strong Italian and English communication. Previous experience in account management or related commercial roles is preferred; e-commerce marketplace familiarity is a plus.

• Based in Italy

• Strong Italian and English communication skills
• Experience in account management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles
• E-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory
