RateHawk, a fast-growing international travel-tech company, is hiring a Local Support Specialist to assist our B2B partners in Italian and English. This remote role focuses on handling calls, tickets, bookings, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Empathetic communication with partners and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Help Our Partners: take calls, provide initial advice and updates to B2B partners in Italian and English.
• Be Transparent & Customer-Centric: ensure clear, honest communication reflecting commitment to partner satisfaction.
• Handle Tickets & Escalations: manage incoming tickets, follow up on escalations, and proactive resolutions.
• Manage Bookings: handle booking modifications and relocations with attention to detail and urgency.
• Team Collaboration: support and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage Expectations: balance needs of partners and account managers to deliver satisfying outcomes.
• Record Details: document all work and partner interactions in our CRM system.
