Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support the implementation, configuration and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions.

You will install, validate and integrate systems, provide on-site and remote support, train staff, analyze workflows for efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service and R&D across Europe. The role offers a remote work option with 50–70% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, validate, and integrate laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshoot issues for reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
