Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will provide on-site and remote support, deliver training, analyze workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Italy and Europe.

The role offers a remote work arrangement with a gross annual salary of €40,000–€55,000, plus enhanced pension, meal

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English; an additional EU language is a plus.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions, supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities, performance and continuous improvement actions.
