Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to drive implementation and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions for customers across Europe.

The role involves installation, validation, training, and ongoing support of diagnostic systems, with travel across Italy and Europe. Fluency in Italian and English plus another EU language is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional EU language.
• Ability to travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers on system usage.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation improvements.
• Act as technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
