Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions within customer environments. You’ll ensure successful deployment and integration of diagnostic systems and workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred), experience in laboratory automation, strong IT/system knowledge, Italian and English fluency plus an EU language, and willingness

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with training delivery ability.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Flexibility to travel 50–70% across Italy or Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to enable system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project delivery.
