Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to deploy and optimize laboratory automation and IT systems across customer sites. You will install, configure, validate, and integrate diagnostics workflows, provide on-site and remote support, and train staff to improve efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, lab automation experience, and travel 50–70% across Italy and Europe, with an annual gross salary of €40,000–€55,000 and a benefits

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with laboratory automation, diagnostic systems or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools and diagnostic technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; able to train users.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus another EU language.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service and R&D for successful project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and performance.
