Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions within customer environments.

You will install, configure, validate, and integrate diagnostic systems, provide on-site and remote support, and deliver training to ensure user proficiency and system adoption. Travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe, with a remote-friendly work arrangement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; able to deliver training.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot issues for system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers; ensure effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as technical expert in automation solutions; support customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) for project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities, performance and improvements.
