Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions at customer sites. You will provide on-site and remote technical support, deliver training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment, compliance, and ongoing productivity.

This role offers remote work with frequent travel across Italy and Europe, and a competitive package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with laboratory automation or diagnostic systems is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of another EU language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
