Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions in customer environments. The role involves on-site and remote support, training, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D, with frequent travel in Europe.

Based in Italy, the position offers a remote working model and requires fluency in Italian and English, plus travel 50-70%

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in biomedical engineering, computer science or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, validate, and integrate laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption and proficiency.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
