Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions for customers. The role supports deployment, configuration, and integration of diagnostic systems and workflows, with on-site and remote support.

You will train customers, drive adoption, and ensure compliance across projects, collaborating with multiple teams. Based in Italy with remote work and 50–70% travel in Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards in all implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to ensure project success.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
