Job summary

Ruby Labs is looking for a hands-on Junior CRO Manager to join one of our product growth teams. You'll work directly with our Senior CRO Manager, turning a fast-moving testing roadmap into live experiments, new landing pages, and new funnels.

This is an execution role first. You'll take hypotheses from idea to live test - building the designs yourself with AI tools, setting up the experiments, and keeping the pipeline moving - while bringing your own test ideas to the table.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on CRO, growth, product, or digital marketing experience.
• Design sense with ability to build pages yourself using available tools.
• Bias for shipping; prefer live variants over polish and delay.
• Proactive and able to act without waiting for tickets.
• Strong English communication; write hypotheses and summaries daily.
• Good judgment on conversion opportunities and testing value.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and messy data.
• AI-native, familiar with Claude or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Build new landing pages and funnels to test messaging and offers.
• Prepare designs with Claude to create experiment mockups.
• Set up experiments, define success metrics, verify tracking.
• Manage the experiment pipeline, brief engineers, and roll out tests.
• Contribute test ideas and align hypotheses with the roadmap.
• Support analysis and document learnings from tests.
