Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a Senior CRO Manager to own the full optimization loop across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will drive deep funnel analysis, generate hypotheses, and produce high-fidelity wireframes and specs, partnering with engineers to ship tests quickly and measure impact.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled research, fast-paced execution, and ownership of growth outcomes in a remote-first environment with ambitious scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRO experience with proven lifts in SaaS or subscription funnels.
• Think beyond landing pages to full user journey optimization.
• Active integration of AI into daily workflow is highly valued.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to communicate detailed visual specs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end optimization cycles from research to rollout, with short cycles.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation.
• Perform deep funnel and product analysis across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.
• Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs; work with engineers on test implementation.
• Analyze results with statistical rigor and scale winning experiments.
• Maintain a prioritized testing roadmap and present insights to stakeholders.
