Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV, ensuring trusted tracking and robust data models.

You will design robust SQL data models, mentor junior analysts, and deliver decision-ready reporting in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.

Qualifications

• Degree in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in subscription business or web funnels.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and success metrics with product/marketing/data teams.
• Build and improve dashboards and reports with clarity and trust.
• Deliver full-funnel analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements or A/B tests.
• Lead user behavior analysis using event data.
• Maintain event taxonomy and tracking structure; validate business logic.
