Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking aSenior Growth Product Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth by optimizing the web funnel from first interaction to registration and payment. The role focuses on CR, LTV improvements, and data-driven strategy within a B2C environment.

You will run A/B tests, lead growth initiatives, and collaborate with design, development, and data science teams to meet quarterly KPIs while partnering with UA to optimize the full user journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment.
• 4+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models.
• Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests specifically for web-based funnels.
• Experience leading growth initiatives with a focus on improving CR, LTV, and other performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Funnel Optimization: Define and implement hypotheses to improve the conversion rate to purchase and LTV within the web funnel.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Dive deep into data on the competitive environment and user behavior to propose strategies that drive customer acquisition efficiency and improve CPA.
• Testing Roadmap: Run a robust testing roadmap, driving continuous improvement in the web funnel.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other key stakeholders to execute optimization strategies from PRD to execution.
• Agile Ceremonies: Assist Engineering in leading agile ceremonies including daily standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
• Ownership of Results: Lead the growth process from hypothesis creation to final implementation and evaluation.
• UA Collaboration: Work with UA team to optimize the full flow from first interaction through registration and payment.
• User Pain Points: Understand user pain points to determine effective growth strategies.
