Job summary

Danaher Corporation seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and deploy a global training framework from an Italy-based remote setup. You will govern content, governance, and measure impact across regions, collaborating with Regional Leaders and BUs to align priorities and drive capability development.

You will leverage LMS platforms and modern tools (LLMs) to enhance sales performance, travel up to 20% and lead cross-functional initiatives in life sciences and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Proven ability to design and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus (Cornerstone, Workday Learning).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global commercial training strategy with scalable, blended learning solutions across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and development plans.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, and LMS networks.
• Measure training impact, analyze gaps, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
