FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian speakers for a Customer Experience Project to provide customer support remotely in Greece. This position offers comprehensive relocation support for those moving to Greece, ensuring a smooth transition.

As part of this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries through various channels while being supported in a vibrant international work environment. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian speaking, strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural team.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Mansioni

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assisting with account issues and resolving customer inquiries.
• Logging interaction details accurately in internal systems.

Conoscenze

Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)

Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level)

Strong interpersonal skills
