Job summary

Career Nest Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support specialist for a fully remote role in Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and work within a fast-paced international team.

A relocation package and paid training are provided to help you settle and succeed. The position requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
