Job summary

The Career Nest is hiring for a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support role with relocation assistance to Greece. The candidate will communicate in Italian and English, handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, and ensure satisfaction while using CRM tools.

Relocation package includes flights, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate support. Training is provided from day one, with shifts in a 5-day week and rotation across the day schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level or equivalent.
• English at least B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
