Job summary

The Career Nest is hiring for a fully remote Italian-speaking Customer Support specialist. This role is Greece-based with full relocation support and paid training, enabling you to work remotely from anywhere in Greece while joining an international team.

Responsibilities include handling Italian customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian required (C1/C2)
• English at least B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with empathy
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable using CRM tools and multiple apps
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
• Willing to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
