You will handle Italian communications via phone, email, and chat and assist with platform-related questions. Training is provided and relocation support is available for EU candidates.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required for training and communication.
• Experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional Italian customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
