WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. This fully remote position is based in Greece, with rotations and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, log interactions in CRM, and participate in paid training. The role offers a €1,050 gross monthly salary paid over 14 salaries, plus a 10% performance bonus and clear career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
