WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided, with relocation support and an international, multicultural team. The role offers 5 days per week with rotating shifts (08:00–00:00) and a gross monthly salary of €1,050, paid across 14 salaries.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required for training and internal communication.
• Customer Support experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand platform features.
