WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece. You’ll join an international team, handle inquiries in Italian, and deliver an excellent customer experience via phone, email, and chat.

The role includes paid training, a salary of €1,050 gross per month paid 14 times a year, full relocation support for EU residents, and a fully remote setup with rotation shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level is required.
• Good English (B2+) for training and internal communication.

Mansioni

• Provide professional Italian-language customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
