WW Talents in Greece is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. The role is fully remote from anywhere in Greece, with 14 monthly salaries of €1,050 gross plus a performance bonus up to 10%, and fully paid training.

You will handle customer inquiries in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced global environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level is required.
• English at least B2+ for training and internal comms.
• Experience in Customer Support or related fields is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
