WW Talents is recruiting an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email and chat, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring a high level of service.

No prior experience is required, with paid training and relocation support for EU movers included. The role is 5 days per week with rotating shifts, and a monthly gross salary of €1,050 paid 14 times a year.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
