WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative who will work fully remote from Greece. The role requires fluent Italian and English, with no strict experience needed, and offers paid training, a competitive package, and full relocation support within the EU.

You will provide support via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and document interactions in CRM. The position offers a 5-day work week with rotating shifts and a 100% remote setup.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
